When I decided to seek treatment for my anxiety and depression I chose John Thomas Sandy in Huntsville, AL. I have been through a number of psychotherapy sessions and still had not seen the results I wanted. I knew that I had to make a change if I was ever going to see positive results from my treatment. After seeking out John’s advice and experience I realized that I needed to change my thoughts.

One way I used to treat my anxiety and depression was by eliminating negative thoughts from my life. When you are able to put your mind to something positive it can do wonders for your body and your emotional health.
