This particular book is aimed toward those who have experienced or are experiencing some type of depression or other emotional difficulty. Those who have experienced the trauma of a bereavement, divorce or other major event may also find this book very helpful.

In order to assist readers with their healing process, the book employs an “interactive writing style” where readers are given a prompt and a list of suggestions as to how they can use the information learned to change their thoughts and emotions.
