Most of the alcohol and substance abuse treatment centers offer different kind of treatment such as medication and psychotherapy treatment in one room or in an inpatient facility. Most of the centers require you to complete an admission form as well as a physical before they allow you to be admitted in their treatment center. Usually, when you first visit a substance abuse treatment center, they will first provide you with an assessment questionnaire that will help them determine if you are an addict or not. After you are accepted in their treatment center, you will receive psychotherapy to help you overcome your addiction problem.
